Landlords are legally required to have a landlord electrical safety certificate, also known as an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), for the properties they rent out. We are qualified to carry out testing and issue certificates that confirm the safety and compliance of the property's electrical installations, including wiring, sockets, and appliances. As a landlord you must ensure these checks are done at least every five years, or sooner if recommended by the EICR.
A comprehensive inspection of fixed electrical installations to ensure compliance with regulations and above all their safety. We'll identify potential hazards and ensure the electrical system is safe for those 'on-site' and help protect your business from liability and potential accidents. While not always a legal requirement, it's highly recommended and often required for insurance.
